The AI Accountant uses technology and Artificial Intelligence to help you be more efficient as well as ourselves. Using the same technology enables us to collaborate more efficiently, which means better quality information, reduced production time and smoother workflows generating consistent results.

Our clients that pay monthly have FREE ACCESS to their choice of Xero or Quickbooks Online. 

FREE TRANSFER

If you are not currently using theses systems we will migrate you FREE OF CHARGE! We will also set up your systems so you can be in a position to invoice your customers, track your bills and view your bank account within a couple of hours. Both systems are easy to use, but we will ensure you get the support you need to be comfortable if you are new to either system.

FORGET ABOUT RECEIPTS AND PAPERWORK.

We can help you capture those little details, like fuel receipts using your smart phone so you don't need to keep them. Just snap a photo and we will do the rest.

If you receive supplier invoices by email, just forward them to us for processing. It's very easy.

Both Quickbooks Online and Xero enable you to send your invoices via email and get paid automatically. We can also advise you about low cost methods of accepting payment by direct debit.

ONLINE BANKING

We recommend Starling Bank for business banking, however we can work with any bank that has an online capability. We help you to link your bank account to Xero or Quickbooks Online so you can forget about it. If your're not comfortable with that, you can send your bank statements to us on email each month and we will do the rest.

MEET ANYTIME OR DROP US A NOTE

We can meet with you using Google Meet, Zoom or Teams, whichever you prefer. We also communicate using WhatsApp to make it easy for you to get in touch with us.

KIND TO THE PLANET

We are a paperless organisation. We email any documents that require authorisation and request your electronic signature. This method is far quicker than using hard copies of documents and the postal services. We are also heavily engaged in helping clients become low carbon footprint, and regularly contribute to causes aligned to The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
